Renee has been a part of Best Friends since it first opened in 1989. She started coming to work with her mom, Dr. Benson, at a young age and has always loved coming to visit. She first started working with her mom in high school. She recently earned her degree in public relations/advertising from DePaul University. She loves being around animals and working with clients to give them and their pets a great experience at Best Friends. She has a cat named Mochi that she found in the restaurant where she used to work, and just recently took
in another kitten, named Alley. She loves music, boating, reading, and skiing. Her favorite food is duck and if she could meet anyone, it would be Fiona Apple.
